Prior to the receipt of any material, the Generator must complete the Material Characterization Form and certify that the material to be disposed is non-hazardous.  This form also provides important information, which better enables Soilex to furnish accurate shipping and subsequent certification documents.

If you have any questions regarding the Material Characterization Form, please do not hesitate to contact our office for assistance. 

When complete, kindly return the MCF to our office for prompt approval.  If lab analysis is required, please forward this data at the same time.
